For the better results, you need to upload 1 or 2 articles in a day. G loves those sites who update regularly.

If yo are using wordpress, you can scheduel article to drip feed every day or 2 days etc.

Bullshit.
I just added 100 articles at my authority site yesterday, by today, i got a google alert that all of the article are indexed in google.
You have no problems of even adding 100K articles if they are unique.
Don't believe me?
Check out huffington post, forbes, business insider and many more successful sites.
Haven't heard that they got a penalty for adding more articles in a day.

But these sites have huge authority, which OP's site hasn't. It would be better to schedule the articles imo.
I'd play it safe if I were you. While bigger sites have no problems uploading tons of content on a daily basis, sites that are starting out can stand out and look spamish if they do the same thing. 1 or 2 a day is definitely recommended. But then, if you don't have the patience and all you really need is traffic, you can just try traffic services like webtrafficgeeks.org or maxvisits. We've tried both and they work about the same. If that's not what you're looking for, then just go at it the old fashioned way.

You can upload all articles at once but if you want best result, don't upload all at once instead post 1 or 2 article's per day.
