Upgraded Membership Twice And Expired

Needing help mods. On the 5th, I received a message about my membership expiring. I went ahead and paid the $97. Today, I receive a member about my membership expiring. Went ahead and paid the $97. Now, my marketplace thread is still inactive.

The upgrade has really thrown me for a loop. Can someone check this out and fix it? If I paid $97 twice, shouldn't I get 2 years of JR VIP Membership?
