Upgrade Account to Jr VIP via Crypto

Hey guys recently I started a support ticket for an account upgrade via crypto but I haven’t received any response for the last two days after confirming the invoice requirements.

Can someone guide me What is the procedure for upgrading an account via crypto if anyone else has done the same.

Patience my friend, I know you are anxious to get a sales thread up but they get hundreds of daily support requests and answer them in the order they are received, give them a bit more time and they will get to yours soon.

I was just making sure it’s normal for such long delays and I didn’t do anything wrong.
