Updating titles from 2018 -> 2019 with plugin?

Looking for a way to update titles, headings etc from saying 2018 to 2019 rather than manual.

Anyone know a working script or plugin for this?

I would certainly not do that as there are going to be searches for best product 2018 still going on for quite some time.

Just rewrite the content or write new content and create new posts with 2019 as the focus.
