Circling back to update this thread regarding a SEO client who attempted to chargeback months of fees after I'd ranked his site in a very competitive niche.

In less than 12hrs, after I called PayPal and explained the problem nicely, sent them supporting evidence, they rejected his claim and took my side.

Thanks to all for the advice.

i would love to see the face of your bad client when he reads his email notifying him of paypals decision.
