I learned the art of applying to the jobs and from my experience and i suggest you not to keep any templates of proposals with you. Just try to type a genuine proposal for each job.

Now i have the problem that i don't have much jobs left in my field ( Structural engineering) maybe because of the virus spreading. My project winning rate is like 10%. and without projects i'm jobless.

I think many freelancers are affected by this virus spreading
