Using free version of Vid IQ you can see the backside of your competitor's videos.
You can see tags, referrers, embeds, social media and a few more.
Some videos have 2 or 3 referrers and others have Thousands and Thousands .... ALL from these kind of video download sites:

http://www.kostube.tk
http://lobbytubes.com

Since thousands are not humanly possible,
How are they building THOUSANDS of referrers on these download sites and how can I do the same thing? Anybody in BHW provide this service?

Apparently someone has a massive list of these sites and then downloads your videos thousands of times which drives your video upwards in youtube. Of course this is a very good thing !

can a person post on these refer websites manually ?

If you find your video, and open the link via that website, the website will most probably index it to google, so voila, a link. Someone may have coded a bot for such websites.

Maybe this sites are running on plugins and apis that
search for specific query on youtube, copy video url, and embed it on site
like many wp plugins and apis,
when the link have been created vidiq recognize it as a referrer (backlink)

EXACTLY
Youtube can not track what happens on another site. But they do count the views and downloads as genuine.

Theese are embeds refereers and help a lot with youtube ranking maybe gsa could do that

So did anyone found any tool to automate this?

I don't know why it is such a misunderstanding . I've known about this for a long time. It's not what you think. Don't assume everyone on youtube is buying views, doing backlinks and all that bs. Most people are total noobs, they don't even know what it means.

I've had such referrers added to my videos whenever I purchase a large amount of views .Those sites are the ones adding them, they are automated, whenever a video reaches a certain amount of views , the site automatically adds it. It makes no difference to rank at all. I've bought backlinks 90$ services for a single video to rank it first on google for a high comp keyword. Guess what, it didn't , then the seller tells me it is for low comp keywords and he got the fastest charge back imaginable .

I've had videos with 100K+ refererres and guess what the rank was horrible, the rank on google too.
