    This is rather unusual and weird. I was not on his friend list, but a few days ago I received a notification from a specific person to like his page.

    The only possibility I can see is that I might have liked one of his sponsored post.

    Wish I could show you guys the notification but since it is 2-3 week old I cant find it.

    Is there any method to randomly invite anyone to like your personal page out of the blue?

    Even if he has my email ID from LinkedIn or other sources, how did he do it??

    Yes That's correct. You might have like a sponsored post from a page for which he might be a page owner, page admin, during the period you liked the sponsored post or later.

    It's not unusual. It can be easily done. This is done by opening any of the posts and clicking on the likes. There I can see individual people who have liked the post, have they liked the page or not. If they haven't done it then one can invite the person to like the page.

    I am sorry I don't have a picture for your reference. Hope this helps. Cheers!!

    I see. Thanks mate.
    But if I have an email ID of someone who is on Facebook, can I invite him?

    I know thatl. Simple scripts. That's why I said "The only possibility I can see is that I might have liked one of his sponsored post."

    He should be your friend on Facebook.
    If you have an email, you can try email marketing or sending out an email about the Facebook page information and some catchy line in the subject.

    Got it.

    So no chance of inviting ppl IN ANY WAY if they are not in our friend list?

    I've liked sponsored posts before from people that are not in my friends list and I still got notifications of them inviting me to like the page. So I'd say you can invite people even if they are not in your friends list. I don't know how though. I've never promoted any post on my facebook pages.

    It is easy.
    > On the page post, click on the number of likes - 20 or 200 or 50 whatever it may be.
    > You will get list of ppl who liked that page
    > Just click on "invite" who have not liked (well, when you sponsor a post, you get a ton of likes on that sponsored post and that, my friend, is the opportunity for you to invite those people to like your page)
    > Or, use this extension simply: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/facebook-invite-post-like/dfhnkeijhilolcebpchcdiclpejojodb
    > Or, use this script:
    Code:
    var buttons;
    buttons = document.getElementsByClassName('_42ft');
    for (var i = 0; i < buttons.length; i++) {
        if(buttons[i].getAttribute('ajaxify') != null){
            if(buttons[i].getAttribute('ajaxify').indexOf('invite') != -1){
                buttons[i].click();
            }
        }
    }
    Other than that, as @seeing44 mentioned, there is no other way i guess.

    It sounds pretty easy. I might use that soon. Thanks for sharing!
