You have 400 proxies hosted in all our 150 servers. There is no way all of them to be down in the same time. The issue must be on the IP authentication but I sent you more details by email.

The proxies are activated, I authenticated my actual IP and entered the details (IP

ort username and password) into massplanner but always get "No Internet Connection"...
What's the problem?
