Just ordered and I must say, they have one of the worst customer panels. The design is catchy but the system is clunky.

I haven't tried the service yet but it keeps making me go through loops. First, it rejected my billing address TWICE. Once paid up, it now wants me to add another set of proxy to pay. I can't even access the 100 proxies I already have paid for nor have setup any AUTH access. And no, it's not "I should wait" since I've already paid 2 hours ago.

Sigh.

EDIT: So I've found a solution. You have to click on MY SHARED PROXIES. A documentation or a short instruction would have helped immensely though.

Also tell me if I keep paying monthly the same IP will remain or these proxies die and you assign a new one? Also dedicated proxies are these residential or non-residential?
