I understand this may be frustrating for you but there is no other way to know when you renew your order and give you the bonus and as long as you want the bonus proxies you will have to request them monthly, once you renew the order. This is how the promotion works, if you don't like his terms than you should not get his benefits and just ignore it. You don't have to participate if you don't like it

Just to confirm, even for 800 proxies, I would be paying $0.49 per shared proxy?
And is it possible for me to have the same 800 shared proxies recurringly? I mean without changing them?

Hi,

Even for 800 shared proxies will pay $0.49 per proxy. You can keep the same proxies for as long as you want, we replace the proxies only upon request.

I payed for a plan and then got this email:
