Apparently I now have to request EVERY MONTH that the bonus proxies are added back into my account. This is not the way it worked before now. Bonus proxies use to auto-renew with the the rest of the proxies. I have been very happy with this service for over 3 years, UNTIL NOW. Now, on renewal day (or a day or 2 later), I have 20% of my proxies RANDOMLY deleted, until such a time that I have to write a post here, and then wait for you to react.

I think you are confused, the 20 % added to your account for each of your orders it's a new promotion we added to changemyip.com last month. The one from anonymous it's added automatically to your account monthly and if this is what you want, place feel free to place the order trough our main website.

OP I have been using your proxies continuous for two years but now your service is really going down the drain. Proxies go down very often and your response time to fix the issues keeps getting longer. Sometimes the proxies stay down for the whole day and you do not even compensate for down time. let alone this month the proxies went down almost 12 times and on many occasions you responded not before 12 hours. I would see this payment cycle if things didn't improve i would have no other choice but to switch to some reliable supplier.

Hi groundfalling,
I'm sorry you are not satisfied with the services but this is how the proxies business works because we are not physically near the serves . Sometime the servers components needs to be replaced, sometime the servers block and they need to be rebooted. We are 24/7 online but if the hosting company fail to reboot & fix the server is not much we can do.
If you don't understand that I think it will be better to go for a different provider. Please let me know if I should cancel your orders so you can go for a different source.
