Well if it's just three people and they're all like me who don't do any real spamming and just use proxies solely for the purpose of appearing
to be from USA, UK, CANADA.. then they wouldn't be slow. I don't know what kind of people are sharing those proxies with me at this moment so this is always a gamble.

Yes yes but it's so inefficient. Pretend I'm looking for proxies located in the city of Chicago:
click search filters.
enter united states
loading...
select united states from dropdown
loading again.... (loading states)
select Illinois from dropdown
loading again.... (loading cities)
try selecting Chicago
loading again....
done - close dialog
......
If I had to do this for 15 largest cities in the USA all in different states I would go crazy.
