Is this service still active? The rules have unexpectedly changed to 15 minimum proxies for a shared plan and proxies have been slow lately. Also that interface is a pain in the ass. Why not just have a regular table that can filtered by columns - country, state, city so then I could just enter 'Chicago' into a city filter column and the table would just adjust to showing just those proxies whose city string contains 'Chicago'...

The shared proxies are slow by definition, they are used by other customers in the same time with you. If you want fast proxies go for dedicated proxies.
We do have a search filters form which does exactly the same thing as you describe.

Well if it's just three people and they're all like me who don't do any real spamming and just use proxies solely for the purpose of appearing
to be from USA, UK, CANADA.. then they wouldn't be slow. I don't know what kind of people are sharing those proxies with me at this moment so this is always a gamble.

Yes yes but it's so inefficient. Pretend I'm looking for proxies located in the city of Chicago:
click search filters.
enter united states
loading...
select united states from dropdown
loading again.... (loading states)
select Illinois from dropdown
loading again.... (loading cities)
try selecting Chicago
loading again....
done - close dialog
......
If I had to do this for 15 largest cities in the USA all in different states I would go crazy.
Something like this:
would have been so much simpler. Right now it looks like someone made it big and complicated on purpose.

We can't control how the customers use their proxies and as long as they pay for the services it's their right to use them as they want or need. We will keep in mind your suggestion at the next cPanel update tho

Please check your shared proxies which have 30995 port 19494 port hurry, they have died for along time (maybe ~3 days). I can ping to those IP but proxy can't be used. You can see below:

We've asked our hosting company to provide us new hardware for both servers and as far I know the new hardware should come today. Once they provide the new hardware everything should be back to normal.

I've been Daniel's customer for past 4 years now. I like how I can select desginated proxies I want and he is a very nice guy too! Thanks again, just paid for extra proxies once again!
