Ok guys, I suggested this a few days and and had a think about it. Here is the result RapidShare clone file hosting.

upload capped at 300MB per file

the files will only be removed after 30 days of no downloads

feedback welcome, no premium accounts needed and a crappy 3 second wait for each download while the download file is moved into the public accessable area.

Nice site rapi*dshare limits upload to 200 MB with min 30 sec delay..this one is good

ewind, I hate the RS BS thats why I removed all the limits on this site, its designed just for bhw right now, but you never know might grow

I tried to upload a file to share and got errors half way through. Went to rapidshare and was able to upload OK.
