They add multiple people to their YouTube as editors and schedule the videos or publish it right away with some software.
Just like Mrbeast bots

I have been using Zapier (dot) com to upload 100 videos/day/YT channel. You can create unlimited free Zapier account using temp-inbox (dot) com (temporary emails).

Just tired this trick, my opinion is they buy these subscribers … it’s not subscribers subscribe themselves
 
This method is patched. Anyone trying to sell you this method is trying to scam you.
