would you mind sharing it with us ?

I am considering making a step by step guide to share with you guys. But that may lead to full of spammy comments on digg, and digg may probably clean up all these rubbishes and change the links to no-follow, just like what propller did not long before. So I am hesitated. :(

the higher PR i found is PR5 , anyone find page with higher PR ?

so many of the 'social' sites are great for this sort of method, and the higher the page's PR the better. great idea to check and make sure that you are in the top of the comments!

a great program for checking PRank is "seoquake", an add-on for both FirFox and IE7. shows a massive amount of other info as well!

Great method. I'm putting it to use now so should see something from it in a fews weeks :)

I found this on another forum .

It is better to use:

1) seoquake
2) allintitle:keyword + site:digg.com

These are relevant high pr pages. Because you done 2 these are the most relevant pages for your keywords.

thanks dude i just made 10 links this is to easy.. its hard to not over do it

Great tip, but I think you can only link from 1 page on Digg to 1 of your sites. Just like all other web sites, all other backlinks will be discounted down to nothing, right?

the links are do-follow, but how long till google indexes the links on the old posts, any ideas?

Dude high pr posts are crawled very often.I can gued what pr does a page have just by looking when it was crawled.

Any pr4 will be crawled weekly.

It is hard to be true.Even sitewidelinks is better than just homepage. I see this on my site 99% accurate.

Imagine if one site have links from many pages (but in text link - they are pass more juice and trust) then it is more important.

I do not think that these links are discounted.

Even on a page of digg you can have 2-3 link that points to different pages of you sites and all 2-3 links will be counted. They only won't be counted in case they point to the same page. Then counted will be only the highest link in html code.

As far as i am concerned these links are useless anyone want to back me up on this?
They are ******** but if you view the page in lynx web browser you will see you can only see the first page of comments and they are displayed oldest first so all your new comments are not even getting spidered and the reason for this is the view more comments link is in javascript and strangely spiders cant read javascript. If you dont believe me just download
Web Developer 1.1.6 for firefox

Disable javascript and you will see you cant view comments further than the first page.
Nice try but no cigar.

That means google is only getting the first 50 comments?

Hello,

Nice discussion going on upside. I would like to throw some light on this aspect, which may help black hat world members further. The thing is that google admire pages which are old is the first and the most important thing. So naturally the comments on the page will be admired. And ha... if google decide to penalize, do you think they will penalize these old golden pages ??? Think only once and just do it now man !!!

I hope I have resolved everybody's queries. Thanks a lot gogeta.... a million thanks. (including the one which is clicked special for you)

Ok, First post, extreme noob here, been reading for weeks trying to make sure I can swim before I jump in.. (so be easy on me please)

According to a Firefox plug in by the name of "Stylish" (configured to highlight all NO FOLLOW links) shows me that all the posts made to Digg by myself are indeed "no follow". Also inspecting the element when I highlight my link I get:

<a class="user" rel="nofollow"

Am I missing something?

TY
Anna
