Hi guys.

I found a way to view a virtually unlimited supply of emails. Most of them are business owners and I can filter them by the overall industry (manufacturing, services, etc., etc.,).

I'm trying to decide what to do next.

I don't want to spam emails to the list because I'm afraid of screwing up my gmail account.

Is it legal to post the technique here?

Is it legal to sell email lists that are obtained from public sources like this? There's no password or account needed to obtain them, so I don't know if there's a law preventing me from doing this or not.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

I see, lol. I wasn't selling anything. Misleading title I suppose. I'm trying to find out if I can post a list of emails in the Lounge or if there's a specific section for that...
 
What’s the purpose of posting these emails?
 
Don't send from Gmail, use a service like ConvertKit to mail to them.

For users who want to grow their email list. They're from a public database free to access, just hard to find. But if it's not allowed, which I assume it is since there's no dedicated section, I'll just not do it, lol.

It’s not a good idea posting anyone’s personal data. A better idea would be sharing the details of how to find these emails.

Gmails is very low. I got flagged at like 200/day on a G Suite (business) account and I bet it would be even lower for a normal gmail account. Not recommended.
 
If your list is not cleaned or if people mark your emails as spam them forget about gmail (and all the others) you will be banned in no time.

Enter criteria. Filter by industry, revenue, company size, and more.

Enter enough criteria to bring results below 5,000.

Results will include small business owner names, phone numbers, and email addresses.

Be careful sending from Gmail as Google will penalize you is too many people mark your messages as SPAM.
