OK... have seen the video .. .but what's the fucking meaning of running hrefer for a few secconds and then run xrumer for a few seconds ?
Is it not better to let hrefer run thil it got all the links harvested and then run xrumer thill it posted all the links ? Or run the two programs simultanious ?

What a boring video. Man I hope you don't make video for a living, or do voice overs. 
I am interested what people actually think of this? Any potential or more work than it's worth.
I always get the feeling that doing this type of stuff is a bit like chasing your own tail. Works for a bit, you get banned, have to start again and the process continues.
But then I'm a relationship marketing man, and one day I may get someone to properly look into this. Seems too boring to do my self. I prefer writing copy and shooting video.
I am interested what people actually think of this? Any potential or more work than it's worth.

I use this technique for backlinks is unique and simple!
Put in search box in google:
site:blogspot.com keyword that lead yours site(site:blogspot.com video)
than live quality comment and you got a quality backlinks and real visitors from high ranking blogs!

Use google to get quality backlinks!
In search box in google write this!
site:blogspot.com music video(word that is most related to your site)
And you got a result of high ranked blogs for you to live comment about your site!That blogs have many visitors a day and you got in two day of writing and 5 -7 days to get real visitors to your site.
For about two month of writing you got a quality backlinks and rank in google!

I did not finish my site!But i use this technique when i finish site.1 hour a day you can live many post.And is ok to use it with script.
Seo elite is good program for backlinks!
About be banned from google is if you use automatic poster or ip hits clicker.That way you be banned not for put your site to visitors from blogs.
I have about 30 post and 2-3 visitors a day.I do not sell anything.
