Unlimit paypal account

Hey there! My paypal account has been limited.

They wanted me to fix three things:
Change password
Update security questions
Confirm credit card

I've done the first two, but as I got the paypal in a fake name, I can't connect and confirm a credit card. I've added VCC to it, but ye, it's a VCC so I can't confirm it.

Anyone know a solution for this? Btw, I contacted secondeye here on BHW, but he havent been online for like 2 weeks..
