Unknown post appeared on Worpress

Hey BHW'S,
I've encountered a quite difficult problem today, at least for me as a beginner.
During the last couple of hours a posting without author or anything else appeared on my wordpress. It's just visible for guests. As soon as I try to access it through my admin access I receive an 404. I also cannot find the thread within my published posts on the dashboard.
The post looks like this:

Your site has been hacked, especially if you can't even find the post.

Use plugins to search through your Wordpress installation for malware and the likes.

Worst case you might have to go into phpMyAdmin manually to remove it.

Contact your web host and see if they can help you secure your site.

Also install security plugins that change the login page for example, and make sure you're always updated your plugins.

Come on where did you get your theme from?

It certainly wasn't from @Festinger vault

I killed the whole site. I didn't go to far yet so just a loss of a couple of hours of work.
