We, humans, have different opinions on everything.
Like what's the best car brand, which religion is the 'correct' one, how many genders are there, etc.

What are some important universal truths that can improve your life though, that you think everyone agrees on

I'll start-
Exercising
I think everyone agrees that moderate exercise (not hardcore heavy lifting) improves your life tremendously

What do you think?

The universal truth is that there is no constant universal truth for anything. The universal truth for anything and everything is dynamic and keeps changing. When I was in school, the universal truth about the number of planets, is that there are 9 planets. Now, the universal truth about the number of planets, keeps changing everyday.
So, the universal truth is that there is actually no universal truth for anything.
And, another universal truth is that people look for a universal truth inspite of there being no universal truth about anything.

EDITED to add :-

Well, OK, let me say this ... The universal truth is that Andrew Tate is the best internet / online influencer ever so far. However, he is in hibernation mode until his ongoing court case is done with. It is obvious by now to anyone with even a few brain cells, that Andrew Tate will be completely acquitted. AND, after that, the way Andrew Tate will monetize the entire scenario of his false charges, is beyond our imagination(s). AND, the way he will leverage the entire scenario of his false charges, to further grow as an influencer, is beyond our imagination(s). Some may dislike or hate Andrew Tate and that is normal and fine.
However, as a marketer, Andrew Tate knows what to do when and also how to do it all.
Infact he himself within himself may not agree with some of his views, but he knows what to project at what time, in order to push his popularity further and how to draw further attention towards himself. Period.

I feel a MASSIVe difference in energy when I workout as opposed to doing nothing.

Heck, even sprinting for 10 seconds makes me feel brilliant and ready to crack on with anything the world throws at me.

The sun rises in the east and sets in the west.

I'm pretty sure that would be a universal truth that is not debatable.

Okay, so what does the sun say about andrew tate ?

Don't you or the sun dare to say anything about his case unless you watch his lecture 004 at minute 37 first. :)

Edit:

Jokes aside, Death is universal truth.

I could care less about Andrew Tate... my bet is that the sun feels the same way.

He is no more than a blip on trending news stories from my point of view.

Communication is another one. He who can speak well, can move nations.

Also: The only two experiences every human will experience regardless of ability.. Sleep and death. Both are oddly similar, one just lasts longer, haha.

1 + 1 = 2

Universal truth:
Don't ever take stimulants in the evening. Coffee, modafinil, red bull, etc whatever your poison of choice is, if you take it after 3pm in the afternoon it'll fuck up your sleep and the next day.

the only universal truth is , doing more sex & become a great father;););););)
