Universal Paypal refund guide?

Hello!

Is there any Paypal refund guide? I am pretty new to paypal and I found out, you can refund your items. Tried to find something here, but everything I read left even more questions.

Can you refund practicly everything?
How many $ item max to refund, not to be suspicious?
Should I make new Paypal with VPN, if I want to apply "refund everything" policy on that account?
How to make sure Paypal will always (or at least in 80% cases) give me my money back?
If I make too much refunds, will they ban me? (And how much is "too much" ?)

Isn't there any complex paypal guide that I missed?

I don't have much idea about people refunding everything on Paypal but I think there is no such thing. Refunding stuff on Paypal is different than refunding items on Amazon (which anyone can do!) because Paypal is not a seller, its just a transaction site, so when you open a dispute Paypal talks to both seller and the buyer and then comes to conclusion on the basis of evidences whether to refund or not.
Though, I think Paypal doesn't have seller protection for Virtual Items so you should be able to refund anything, which is not shipped physically, easily.

Don't make too many refunds with PP. They'll block you out very fast

By refunding he means scamming so that he gets the item without paying anything.

I think this forum is for making money not for scamming others by refunding they already made good work - go away from here with such lame ideas newbie.
