To remove metadata use Metadata++ and yoy can do it in bulk on Wondows. Also you can change hash of the videos with any Hash Changer.
Just use the software to post which is by default able to do it while posting itself.

Use Kling AI an for your AI generated images to make them into video's. It's really good. If you like the video or it gets a lot of engagement then just tweak the prompt a bit for the same outcode but that it's still different for Tiktok. Like other colour clothes.

There bunch of softwares that u can use for it brother, just do some research, also if youre looking for cheap problem solving u can try buy Python scripts for repurpose and unikalize vids or make ur own build with FFmpeg

Either you can use a custom software that does that; or you can use MDM hash changer and use a meta data changer to do it.
