If you are reading this I'm sure you've already tried sharecash, PPD and all those CPA sites and 'revolutionary ideas'.
What I am about to present to you is no doubt very simple, but if you work diligently I can guarantee you that you can earn your first $$$ online with this method.
It may not be the most interesting idea, but I can assure you hard work pays off.
Method
Essentially, what we will be doing is leeching traffic from sites that are visited by all sorts of people. Whereas for other methods targeting your traffic is important it makes no difference in this method.
e.g. sites: craigslist, reddit, youtube etc.

To setup an autoreply email:
You can make up some excuse saying that you have already sold it and that you bought it from amazon and then link them if you wish.

What is amazing about this method is that, the amount of traffic on these sites are insane and most are willing to wait 5-10 seconds if it means potentially saving $100 whereas as soon as they won't be willing to do a survey.
Also, you are in fact providing a 'googling' service for these people - most people have no idea how to find things for cheap on the internet.
Finally, remember to use your creativity. I only used craigslist as an example you could use any number of sites. For example on youtube, you could link keygens or you could use twitter etc. All that you need for this method is high traffic and the willingness of your targets to wait 5-10 seconds.
