Unique (and fun) Website Requires Quality Traffic

Hello there,

For the past 6 months or so (I work full-time) I have been developing a website in my spare time with a unique but simple concept primarily aimed at teenagers around the world - I'm now ready to launch. I'm more than happy to provide a detailed explanation on the concept itself and additional details in private. I can say however that it is something I believe would garner interest very quickly and due to the viral nature of the setup could expand quite rapidly.

It's currently hosted on a very reliable and reputable cloud-hosting service for scalability reasons, as well as utilizing a powerful third-party API Mailing Service to handle mass Emails (should it be required).

Honestly, my experience with marketing is lackluster and I feel throwing money at a particular source isn't worthwhile. I'm seeking an individual to assist me with the initial marketing to drive quality traffic and kick-start the website.

Please note I'm not looking for any funding to be sent to me, this is largely a requirement for initial quality traffic. In return I'd be happy to discuss reimbursement or a percentage of future earnings.
