Hi,
I just got a email, that Generated Photos has just launched their API to randomly generate unique person images using AI. That is the same team, that launched 100000 free AI generate person face images some months ago.

It says API price starts at 0.006$/call. 1 call is one image requested with resolution of 1024x1024

I think this is huge opportunity for BHW members, because these images can be easily be used in blogs, reviews, creating user accounts or fake users.

You can check API and face examples on : https://generated.photos/

I personally look forward to test it out and I am not involved in this project by any means.

Hye i check your api's its really amazing and really interesting. I also use heir api and check its functionality and also share it with my frnds and my family members..

As I am not the creator, I can not tell. But I guess you can. You can check their FAQ and ToS

thispersondoesnotexists can give you same results when you try to get new face. It would be very goot, if it would have some random seed that you can pass I have tried with different computers, and got same faces. Using this API, you can get unique faces, so this could be more useful in "unique" user creation

I don't really get the benefit of using this stuff. You can easily download data sets for training neural networks, including HQ shots of human faces (1000s of them).

I think main benefit, that for a small price you can get unique random person images fast. Sure you can download the datasets and train your custom profile picture creator for free, but I think it is a lot easier for most of the people, for example who create fake LinkedIn profiles to get it done fast, because training one of these is quite a challenge and requires good computer with multiple GPUs.

Why train a neural network? I meant that you can use thousands of real human face shots from those datasets for the same purposes, but faster and easier (and free).

Yes, you can. But I think large social networks, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, who has auto bot detection systems can use same free/open face databases to check fake profiles, and if there is a match, you ask user confirmation, for example second photo or flag it as a fake user.

I came across thispersondoesnotexis a few months ago and it is working fine for me :) it is free and awesome

Hi, I am working as a freelance image annotator for an AI company. Can I use your app to detect human faces on images?

This is not my website. And there is just generated face images. This program will not find faces.
