Unfollow Instagram & Twitter limits?

Hey so I have followed over 400k people on instagram over time... and over 130k people on twitter. I am going to use the website "JustUnfollow" to unfollow the users who don't follow me back. I was wondering how many people I can unfollow per day on Instagram and Twitter. Are there any limits? I will be using an autoclicker to unfollow with that website. Thanks.

At least on twitter there doesn't seem to be a limit. Can say so for about 5k
