Unfollow Inactive following on Instagram

I was doing F4F (followback) and following churn to increase following on Instagram now I want to massively unfollow 3/4 of those I followed. One aspect is anyone who hasn't posted a picture in a month as they don't care if I unfollow since I'm not following anything. Are their any apps that just list users who haven't posted for a while?

I saw a few related questions here recommending IGExorcist but that's to kick out inactive followers and I want to get rid of inactive following (not followers). I don't care that much about engagement rate which is why you get rid of followers (I average 1 like per 15-30 followers per photo and post 5x a week).

I've seen this available in a bunch of tools for Twitter but nothing for Instagram. Can you help? Thanks.

From what I understand, mass unfollowing can get you banned quickly.

I know that much. Twitter banned me 2x over over-aggressive follower churn. I want to unfollow 100 at a time a few times a day, even though it will take a month or 2 to get down to the following count I want: 10-1 ratio instead of 5-4 ratio I began with. A friend unfollowing 20K in a week on Twitter without a problem when he decided he wanted to move from a FollowBack ratio to a celeb account ratio.

most people who bot mass unfollow, just don't do more than 500 a day in my opinion.

I was hoping their was a (free or cheap) bot that would do that automatically. I guess not.

i use trackgram to do it manually. however, they are obviously very inaccurate.
they have 2 different things: inactive users and ghost followers.
unfollowing either of them lost followers pretty quickly according to my experience.
