Unexpected payment from paypal

I didn't know where can I ask this question...Mods please delete this if there is problem..
Today I got $116 and I don't know who the hell sent this to me..I want to know this somehow,but I don't know how...
In the email appear this "has sent you 116 USD" there is no name ...
In paypal details there is a name and an email adress...I made a google search for those but there aren't useful informations at all...

This is mystery paypal monkey generator. It appears once / year and choosing one poor guy. What you need to do now, to not insuld great monkey generator?

If you're selling it'd be worth emailing and asking for more information.
Last thing you want is a chargeback or anything.

If you don't get a reply, just refund the money.

How about, you send an email to the address you received it from saying it might have been a mistake he is not aware of and you can refund the money? Or contact support saying the same thing?
What do you think? Bad advice eh?...

Last month i received 10$ but thts from Paypal itself for filling their survey.
