Unethical ways to create a digital product

I'll try to keep this short. The gist of it is that I've been trying to create something online for a long time. But if I try to create something from scratch, my anxieties take over, I start doubting everything and rather than continue, start dreaming about creating something new --- sometimes new being almost the exact same thing I just dropped.
At this point, I'm ready to do anything to get started. Steal, lie, cheat. I mean, if you can become the president, you can surely earn $100 online.

How unethical would it be to take somebody else's course or PDF, and rewrite it as your own. Cut something out, use AI to add some more, and start selling? Is there another way I can get started quickly to build a little confidence or make unethical way into something more ethical?
I know it's not a nice way to earn but it's been so long --- I really need to see some results soon.
Any help is very appreciated.

Scale of one to ten? About a 6.

Bad but most people just regurgitate info without experience anyway.

If you improve upon it and pull from various sources and it is quality, not as bad.

That is probably not the best foundation to build your IM journey on.

If you are going to do it, do it right

Find the courses for the thing you want your course to be

Take things from 3 or 4 existing courses and make your own new course

When you take a copyrighted product and create something original from it,
this is generally called a "derivative work," and depending on the extent of the
original material used and the transformative nature of your new creation, it could
be considered "fair use" under copyright law, allowing you to use it without needing
explicit permission from the original copyright holder

Make it HUGE with quality 4K videos with some good looking presenter, male or female
with a green screen backdrop WITHOUT SPILL. Then composite a nice studio background
on it.

99% of the courses you see are from ugly guys that never take a bath and the lighting
is something from home depot. Quality is very poor. Make something to be proud of

Then take the text parts of the course, add your changes and let Deepseek AI rewrite
it for you

Make sure it has a BOOK that you can sell separately on Amazon. That makes you
an "authority". Don't forget lots of check lists.

If it includes a website, make a Wordpress install for a COMPLETE WEBSITE
(no one does this) and back it up with Updraft Pro , get it from Festingers Vault
he is the master and he is here on BHW. And tell them how to do a restore of
that website. Have all the plugins, great graphics, etc

If you need a niche for an example, go to Flippa and find an expensive site for sale
They are mostly affiliate or drop ship sites. Just duplicate one and give it as
a bonus with your product.

Once you have a product to sell, take the course from WSODownloads by
Jeff Walker om Product Launch. Then you will know everything about launching
a product.

If you need a presenter and can't find one, advertise on Backstreet or if you want a female try Model Mayhem

ALWAYS ask to see their show reel

Make a deal that you will pay them some small rate for 5 or 6 days work AND you will give them a 15% royalty
on all PROFITS on sales for 5 years. Models never get those kind of deals.

Find an inexpensive studio to shoot it at OR rent a big air conditioned storage unit (20 x 30?) and turn it in to a studio

Buy your equipment on a LEASE if your tight on the budget

Don't think 1 product

Think many products over several months

Already many were doing this and earned lots of money for years.
Rewrite and sold them, if your heart isn't feeling good in doing this, it's better you don't it.

Creating is not the problem. Selling us the challenge, you need a community that knows you or you will spend heavily on my marketing.

Unethical enough to be banned here on BHW so don't do it! If you do it, take with an entrepreneurial approach, See what feedback it gets previously, find solutions and develop a better end product than the original but still I don't recommend you doing it here!

it's tempting to take shortcuts, copying or plagiarizing content is unethical and can lead to legal issues. Instead, focus on finding your unique angle, maybe by offering value in a new way, or starting small with something that aligns with your interests and strengths.

I get it, is like you want quick results. But copying someone’s work isn’t worth the risk. Instead, curate public domain content, add your own twist, or document your learning. It’s faster, ethical, and builds real value.

Yeah don't take the unethical route. There are always ethical and efficient ways to create great products.
A highly successful well-known marketer in the Fitness industry also once mentioned, and I'm paraphrasing...
"You don't have to create something totally different. You only have to make something 10% than competing products."
