understand average CPA

Is there to be found a tool that displays the average cost per sale of my competitor's product ?
I know few tools that allows spying on the competition's ads but is there anyone which takes it to the cost level ?

I don't think there are any.

There are no tools for that and it's not possible to make tool like this as no one don't know what is your competition's click price, presell CTR and buy rate.

But generally spy tools do help to find out winning ad copies/flows. If there is loads of Likes, Shares, Comments, usually this campaign is successful.
