Hi Guys !
So I made a niche website with free domain name registration and free hosting, and I made A few bucks with advertising + Freelancing, but now that I want to withdraw my money, I can't make a Paypal with my own info as I'm 16, and no local bank provides services that I need, and my parents don't have and don't want to put their info online.
How can I make a Paypal or get a VCC for me ?

Maybe get your parents to make a paypal account in their name/information? I can't think of a better solution honestly.
 
Secondeye provides great Paypal VCC's ;). Just look at his BST (use the search function).
 
Well you can use the fake ID option , just say you are 18. Make your dad or mom to get a card that they don't use it for getting payed and take that from them use that. Does it have to be Paypal ? I use payoneer. I will PM you the registration info for payoneer. Hope this helps. Cheers.

Just say you are 18. I'm not 18 and neither are most of my friends, but we all still have accounts. Just use a fake age.
 
Well you verify with your email account first. Then you put your card visa or master that your folks can get. You can get those really fast today so you should have no worries if the card you are using online is just for you. That is what i use for online payments, i have totally different card that i use to get payed from my actual job. Hope this helps. Cheers.
 
try getting a payoneer account and linking that through paypal.. thats what i do. works fine
