Recently, im mapping a site, i wanna takeover his keyword, buttt.... there is somethin strange... his rank, its like jumping every minute.... am i the one who think it strange,,,, or, its just a common google ?

(im using incognito for spesific country )

I've definitely seen some weird SERP behavior before but not usually every minute. Could be a few things maybe Google's testing stuff or he's using some super aggressive SEO tactics. Or even a glitch I guess. Since you're using incognito for a specific country it might also be localized testing going on. Keep an eye on it over a few days see if the pattern continues. If it does maybe dig into his site architecture see if anything jumps out.

Common for new websites.
 
Google sometimes tests different search results to see which ones people like more. That’s why your rankings might keep changing, I do not think there is something wrong.

For both, Google has a global core algorithm, but it also runs region specific and language specific tests. So if you are searching in a specific country like Google.fr or Google.de, the results can vary based on local trends and user behavior.

Yes, it’s definitely possible. If a website from another region has strong authority, relevant content, or matches the search intent better, Google can show it in other regions too.

Google rankings jump a lot. especially with new content or aggressive SEO. Could be cloaking, spammy links, or just Google testing. Keep tracking it might stabilize.

I would imagine if it's jumping around that much that it's going to be because of the country you're targeting. I'm going to guess it's one where the competition for that keyword is really close. That and Google is doing a thing.

commonly known as google dance
also, nothing about google is consistent
the only consistency google has is being consistently shady
