Unbelievable BMF CUSTOMER SERVICES/OWNER

@Boriss . I don't know if your the owner/ or your part of the team at BMF hosting. How can you provide people a service and for more than a wek no one responds to customers problems. My site has been suspended for more than 3 days now and there jd nothing i can do or reach out to any one for help.

How do you treat customers this way making them loose money. I can't even transfer my domain to a new hoster because your not available. I have sent you numerous messages on support, Skype,BHW but yet no response for kory than 3 days now counting.

Hey guys anyone can has any other contacts of BMF hosting owners .

I am soo confused and i have been loosing money as a result of this suspension

I have the same issue. I had to file a PayPal Dispute. They are not responding to my support tickets or emails.

My account has been changed multiple times even though I had paid for a year of hosting. I realized my card had been charged multiple times . I contacted them on Skype, sent them numerous emails but no response. I had to change my hosting. I am waiting for the day the decide to come back online and I'll file for all my refunds

I just canceled my automatic payments to them through PayPal.

They kept suspending my websites. I just changed yo a different domain. I wonder what happened to them . Maybe got arrested or even worse case scenario death. The original owners had transfered ownership to the new guy . So even if I get to the old owners they wouldn't be able to help out

Now I need to find the Best WordPress Hosting option. Have you found a new Host?
