Yes, that's what we're doing now, but it still sucks to lose a big account. Do you know if there's a way to establish a long term relationship with a TikTok rep?

I've never even thought about it. Unfortunetelly, you have to be a fairly large business to get a dedicated representative on virtually all major platforms. No one is going to handle just one account.
 
you can hire someone to unban you. as submitting appeals auto rejects now
 
TikTok's automated support is a joke. 3-4 days is too early to panic, but if it stays stuck, try the appeal through a different category trick or use a Meta-style feedback form if you have an ad rep
 
3–4 days is still normal — TikTok appeals can take 5–10+ days.

Don’t spam appeals or log in from multiple IPs (can make it worse).
Try: submit 1 more appeal via web form + check email inbox/spam.

If it’s a hard policy hit → low chance. If it’s borderline → usually comes back, just slow.
 
Please contact TikTok customer support, even if you're using an external service provider. Follow their instructions.

This issue with accounts getting banned isn't new to me and it's my second account banned with 250k+ followers. Is there a legitimate way to get a direct contact line with a TikTok rep? This would be very useful ahead of future issues as well. I also need help with blue checkmark verification as well as username handles.

I have direct contact with some tiktok Reps but to get it unbanned is in not cheap, so if its not important to you i susgest you start a new one

Could anyone get a TikTok account unbanned? Context: TikTok business page got banned after a recent video got taken down for community guidelines. I submitted an appeal, but never got a response and when I log in the account it just says Thank you for your appeal. We will get back shortly or something along those lines. This happened within the last 3-4 days. Any tips appreciated.

if your appeal is stuck on thank you for your appeal for days, you're likely in an automated loop
