Unban Glitch(?)

I've seen some services being offered on reddit to unshadow ban reddit accounts.

And surprisingly its legit, ofc, im not promoting (so don't DM me for it either).

How are they doing it though?
Password and Email reset emails are the only things I can find when reverse engineering it.

And the accounts have been unbanned in less than 24 hours too.
NO INSIDER. It's a method, not an insider. Varying times of unbans is a clear indicator of this.

Any insight on this?

First time hearing about it, but hope I meet them soon, because I have a lot of banned accounts
 
Youre gonna being paying a pretty penny - I think the cheapest is like $30 bucks per account, and thats just a couple K karma
 
I bet it is an insider. It would be all too easy to just log in, submit an appeal, have the insider intercept the appeal, approve it and pretend it is some kind of glitch they are exploiting. That way, they keep their insider hidden.

Yes, I agree. Unbans are normally done with an insider. This is how insta unbans are done and why it’s very expensive

No, I doubt it. There is no such thing as an insider and even if, I wouldn't be seeing a bunch of people pop up offering the service

How could one do that? Message Reddit support? You said it is possible meaning you know how to do it.. Can you explain how it is done?

There are definitely insiders. I have worked with many before.. they charge thousands of dollars. It’s very unlikely they’re doing it any other way. It’s impossible for someone to unban an account without support accepting the request to do so.

The ones offering the service are doing it for couple dollars, so I doubt there is an insider.
 
I'm not saying that there are, or are not, insiders. From my experience with Reddit, all I can say is that they appear to be extremely disorganized. They change their methodology every six months and tend to rotate admins and operational philosophies faster than anyone can get used to them. Just from looking at their cookies and json shenanigans, I get the impression they have started a lot of projects and just abandoned them half way through.

Although I do not personally know any reddit insiders -- it wouldn't surprise me to meet one. Their administration seems chaotic.

I'm pretty sure that's a scam.
 
really weird, but I find difficult they could have a insider, maybe they found something simple but works, I might believe account interaction or maybe chaging some settings from the account, but surprised that they can remove the shadow ban from those accounts.
 
Shadowban is the main system Reddit use. They rarely ban completely unless you really fuck up. This is their primary weapon. If anyone finds someone doing this, let me know (by DM if you want) and I will test it out and report back.

why man why you did this to tell anyone now the glitch is gone and reddit now fix its we are getting benefit from it as reddit unpredictable for no reason banning the account if some insider do the glitch its good for many people but now its gone as there is no unban happening after your post

did you report this glitch already you ? because now the unbanning after this is not working its gone now its fixed by reddit

you dont know how strong is this after unbanning with the help of glitch the account become super good quality and cannot be banned easily by reddit itself but after doing your post the glitch is not working anymore as its fixed now and thats make me sad just but anyhow i its gonna be end one day so its finished now
