unban glitch

I've seen some services being offered on reddit to unshadow ban reddit accounts. And surprisingly its legit, ofc, im not promoting (so don't DM me for it either). How are they doing it though? Password and Email reset emails are the only things I can find when reverse engineering it. And the...
