Oh man thats bs. Specaily with the money he gave you. This is a joke he got all the views and then a month later he decides to take the money back of you man thats not right :/

Hopefully he wont take the 1K that you were talking about

Story of my life. It's heartbreaking that this happens so often, for every $5k earnt I gotta give $1k back in chargebacks. It fucking sucks.

This is the reason why I refuse to accept Paypal payments unless the money is sent directly as the result of an invoice. There's not much disputing when a buyer has to manually authorize an invoice from within their Paypal accounts. They can still do it, but their argument becomes a little less believable.

I'd suggest that you create some payment buttons with the buyer's account email, and put up some dummy webpages selling prohibited items. After a day or two, send Paypal an email or call them up directly and report the sites. This should result in an immediate ban of their account, and then they will feel your pain.

Take my advice as entertainment only (although I would do this myself).
 
great I've just decide to use paypal, i thought with invoice will consider it done. gotta ask paypal

This happened to me a few days ago. Waiting on Paypals response.

If they deny me, I'll be straight on the phone to them. It's ridiculous that you complete a service and then the buyer charges back.
