Unable to reset PayPal password

My PayPal account was limited for past months and it passed the 180 days of the time period. When I'm logging to my PayPal account it says "For security reasons, you'll need to reset your password" but when I'm trying to reset the password, it does not anything. Also, there is an error shown in the inspect element. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Any add-ons you think might be causing this? Some proxies are outright blocked.

I tried to log with firefox, Microsoft Edge but none of them worked.

any update please? I have the same problem
