Unable to reply to any WTB threads or posts

Just noticed that I don't have permission to reply to any posts in the WTB section of the forum. Is anyone else affected, or is it just my account?

Edit - I noticed Essential Clix's post that states

*** Newbies aren't given the forum permissions to reply to existing WTB threads, but are welcome to create them.

but surely I'm not a Newbie?

Still not resolved, I sent a PM to all Mods of that section, BigBuddy got back to me saying it would be taken care of.

Still an issue which hasn't been resolved nor responded to. I have re-sent the issue to the Mods of the WTB section and asked them to take ownership of the issue. Disappointed that this thread has received no reply from any Moderators or Admins.

Edit - looks like it is just my account - no idea if anyone else is affected.

Found an answer in that section which is incorrect - http://support.blackhatworld.com/customer/portal/articles/899712 states that you need to be Jr VIP to post a reply. This clearly isn't the case if you check a few threads like - http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/want-buy/586751-wtb-unique-comments.html where regular members can reply.

Anyway, I sent in my email to ask why I can't reply in that section.
