Hey, I am unable to pm people on bhw and was wondering what is the reason for that. If there are requirements that need to be met in order to be eligible to message people, what are they?

You should be able to send private messages as you have over fifteen posts.
If the issue persists, contact support so they can look at the issue to resolve it.

I dont think they have any way of making PM work.
