Unable to launch campaign

If your ad is approved but not spending, common reasons are:
  • Audience too narrow → not enough people to deliver.
  • Bid/budget setup → daily budget too low for optimization.
  • Learning phase → sometimes ads take hours to start serving.
  • Account/payment limits → check Billing and Account Quality.
  • Scheduling → campaign start date/time set in the future.
Check each of these in Ads Manager - usually one of them blocks delivery.

I see a lot of people in the same situation as you lately, I am one of them. I tried to create another campaign but it was not successful.

Hi everyone, I tried to launch a campaign but it didn’t go live. The budget was set and the ad was approved, but the campaign still doesn’t start running. Has anyone faced this issue before? What could be the reason?
Have you checked the campaign for advertising hours? Maybe it's not running yet.
Or there is a problem with your payment card so the spending money is not deducted.
If it is not the above two problems, then in a few rare cases, there is a problem with customer reach. In that case, you can check the advertising time frame to see if it is the golden hour for the user target you are aiming for? Is the age appropriate?...

If your ad is approved but not running, check whether the audience is too narrow, the budget/bid is sufficient, the start schedule, the payment status, and whether it’s stuck in the learning phase.

Please check your ad content to see if it violates any of Facebook's policies. Currently, many ads that violate policies such as finance will be restricted in some countries in the EU and Asia. Please carefully research the market and policies to come up with the best handling and launching measures.

Most reasons you should check:
- Page is published or not, or got blacklisted
- Card is high trust and can pay for hold
You can try posting your ad on the page and boost post Engagement from it to see if it can spend

Because you have not used the account for a long time, it will take a long time for the account to be distributed to customers.

advertising needs more time to be able to move to distribution
distribution has been quite difficult lately

Hi, I have the same problem. It may be because the target file is too narrow, the schedule is incorrect or the account has delivery restrictions. Please check your budget, placements, Fanpage and see if there are any warnings in Ads Manager. Also, please keep your ad content clean and do not use language that violates Facebook's advertising policies.

yes, many people have this problem. this is a slow spending account problem. please check and change the payment card, page used and create another campaign to test

Lately ads take longer to go live, and distribution is difficult.

I faced this before too. In my case, I adjusted the start time and changed the payment method, and then it started running. You can try it

It could be that your budget or schedule doesn't match, or your account or audience is restricted from distributing. You should check your account setup and status.

i think maybe your ad is on learning phase and need some time to run, let's wait for a bit, check your card if it's valid and has enough funds to avoid hold

If it's a completely new piece of content that hasn't been approved before, it will take some time for the campaign to move into the delivery phase and start generating metrics. Another possibility is that you've set your target audience too narrowly. You should also ensure that the location you're targeting matches the ad account's timezone; this can help with faster delivery.

I’ve found that pausing the campaign and duplicating it sometimes helps it go live
