UK eBay Suspension Help

I currently make UK eBay accounts, all my accounts seem to be getting banned either before or after the first listing.

My current setup

Multiloign
Proxies from suppliers on here - residential
# However, I have used data center and dongles

Accounts are set up using VCC, card confirmed a few days later and then list an auction only item.

All seem to get banned either after the listing ends or within 2 days of listing.

I have been creating accounts for 4-5 years on a small scale, but now I can't make any lasting accounts.

Any help or advice would be brilliant.

Suspension after 1st listed item?

Yes and not even listing.

The majority of the accounts even after contacting them don't get reinstated or they reinstate the accounts and 48 hours later it is suspended again with no chance of reinstatement.
