Hey everyone,
I’m the Founder & CEO of Devionex, and I’ve been working closely with AI-powered products lately. One thing I’ve noticed is that most AI products fail at UX, not technology.

I wanted to start a discussion around UI/UX best practices for AI, based on what I’m learning so far:

Some principles I’m focusing on:
  • Clarity over intelligence – users should understand what the AI does instantly
  • Explain the output – show why AI gave a result, not just the result
  • Human-in-the-loop – always allow user control and correction
  • Progressive disclosure – don’t overwhelm users with AI features
  • Feedback & confidence signals – loading states, accuracy hints, limits
  • Fail gracefully – clear fallback when AI is unsure or wrong

I’m curious to learn from more experienced members here.
