I love fruit loops.
Well I can't say it's completely fixed, but it really seems like it.
And it's backed up by evidence of these "champions" just happen to fight like amateurs and get KOed.
Maybe it's just a coincidence that magically 4 KO / TKO happen to them.

I never said others were if you know how to read ^^.
I said just UFC, since it's run by Dana White.

Bigger upsets happen in sports.

Leicester, last year they were bottom of the Barclays Premier League, now they are winning it.

The world cup, when German fucking crushed Brazil in the semi finals 7-1.

I still remember Greece winning the European cup in 2004.

Sporting upsets happen.

Aldo gets KOed in 13 seconds, making it the fastest record. It gets SO MANY people talking about it, once again creating hype for the rematch.
If Aldo won by decision, then it would've been a more entertaining fight but there would be nothing after, no rematch. McGregor doesn't get another chance.
I would say different if UFC was a sport like Soccer or Basketball but it isn't. It's controlled by someone (Dana White), and if he wants Aldo to lose, Aldo will lose.

Of course they love what they do, they train to be #1, but who is going to know they are #1 if they aren't shown on media?
I sure as well wouldn't have known about Aldo if I didn't see him on TV.

I KNEW he was going to lose the exact same way I knew Aldo would (perhaps I'm in on this fix with Dana ) I had both Conor and Rockhold down to win, how did I know this? Both of these fighters where hungrier than their opponents.. they wanted it more and it was easy for me to see this.

Wish it had of went longer definitely.. for entertainment purposes and for cynics like yourself, the same type that have been saying something or other after every fight Conor wins "oh he's not a real contender until he beats x type of fighter" or similar chat, over and over he beat them. Now this carry on when Aldo gets knocked the fuck out.

The thing is this - I don't think it would have went the 5 rounds for it to get to your theory's point, maybe a few rounds if that combo hadn't happened how it did, but I've no doubts in my mind that it would have been over before the 5th regardless.. Conor would have knocked him out at some point.

I hope there is a rematch.. but he'll fight Frankie Edgar first I reckon and hopefully back home in Dublin as I'll be there with bells on

Alright, this is getting a little out of hand and a bit too much.
I mean, i completely understand what you guys are saying, of course there is someone better that will come along (Hope Floyd gets destroyed before he "retires")
This is just a theory i had, since it blew my mind how bad these "Champions" fought for their title, both Silva and Rhonda just completely got too cocky and played around during the fight and they both got destroyed.
I agree, Rhonda is all hype, she's not that great of a fighter except for her submission.
Silva is a great fighter, he's damn fast but Weidman just beat him, and got the right timing to hit Silva's jaw and KO him.
Both McGregor and Aldo are great fighters, and I actually knew something like this would happen, I predicted Aldo will get KOed based on previous champions fighting.

Frankie Edgar is good but I think Mcgregor and Aldo both are able to beat him with a KO / TKO
There will probably be a rematch and let's just wait and see that. Leave this thread at that.

I want to see Conor vs some taller opponents in the 155 division, he has a much higher reach which suits his style.

Really not appealing for UFC for him to fight Frankie Edgar financially or demand wise.

Aldo rematch would generate substantial interest, got to feel empathy towards losing in 13 seconds after being champ for 10 years though.
