Udemy - Cash flow in the long term?

I wonder if making Udemy video is cost effective in the long term. I know that 5 years ago people used to say that Udemy was a good source of money.
Today in 2019, it looks like Udemy changed their commission calculation. I wonder if it is still worth it to make videos for Udemy.

Also, I wonder if it is profitable in the long term. For example, if you make a video today, how long it will be profitable? 12 months? 24 months?
