Type of Hosting for Future Site Flipping!

Okay, I know it is a dumb question but I really don't have experience on site flipping.
Previously I had site earning 50-60$/day combined methods but google fu*ked me over time. This time I wanna go all legit and have plan to even sell my site at some point. I used to host sites on Shared Hosting package but recently I am using Digitalocean VPS to host all my niche sites. Digitalocean is super fast!
My question is, should I host my site on digitalocean or should I choose a good cpanel based Shared hosting for a site which will be developed for future flipping?

Doesn`t really metter,if you are wordpress based you can duplicate it easy with plugins like Duplicator. If it`s other then wordpress,no idea then.

Yes, it will be WordPress based.

Keeping your niche website on your VPS and getting a cheap shared hosting for the websites you want to flip will not be a bad idea since you can as well flip the website with the hosting and get another hosting for subsequent websites you want to flip.
