So I get two $20 charges from GoDaddy. I call them about it, they had no clue why the charges were made. After looking into it, they claim that I was charged for false whois information on a domain of mine. I have 44 domains in my account, how does one have false information? They offered no explanation for these charges before I called them, no reasoning on the paypal receipt. They claimed they emailed me and yet, neither of my email accounts they emailed received said email. I have no issues receiving any of GoDaddy's other promotional emails about their "newest offers" and expiring domains, but two $20 charges I didn't authorize seem to slip by somehow? They told me to email firstname.lastname@example.org. Is this something I should do or cut my losses on that $40 instead? The domain Godaddy support said it is associated with is something I suppose could have a complaint of some sort filed against it and when googling "domainsbyproxy $20" I read complaints about this being the reason. If that is the case, should I not email them?
