Two Live videos with one Account

A few months ago I watched an instagram account used by two users, they entered live with two live videos but with only one account.
did you try to do this if you have two phones?

Are you sure that's one account for two persons? I only know about going live with multiple participants, just like how group video calls are done. But I haven't seen this done anywhere.
