Don't believe that shit its BS. I was contacted by some people claiming to verify my page if i paid this certain amount of money. They sent me a list of other artists they verified, ironically i knew one of them so i asked him and he emailed me back saying they were lying. It's all BS. ESPECIALLY when they ask you to buy a moneypak and give you the code on the back, i'd even be weary of western union. && Then when i told the guy i knew he was bullshitting he tried to convince me that he did all this work and if i didn't pay him he'd steal my twitter account. Really -.-. I've also seen a website charging and then they upsell for how fast you want it but of course they disappear after. With a little bit of research you find that the person selling it isn't verified himself. You have to watch your back dude some people are just rats.
 
The way you get verified is through twitter advertisement you spend a certain amount 5k or something and they give you it

The first option, is to use LinkedIn to find employees that work at twitter. It is easy to find a email contact and send them a brief email about inquiring to get your business verified.
